Too much "glow" (or looks like glow to me)... not good. Makes it blurry and cheap looking, try to turn the skin white with different ways instead, there are tons of tutorials in the internet, Google knows :)

Hey; I definitely agree. I did this a while ago in GIMP, but now that I've gotten Photoshop I've looked up some tutorials, and know of better ways to do the skin. Maybe I'll to another version of this picture with a different style? :)
